Cagnulari is the name of the red grape vine and probably traces its origins to Spain, yet it is found predominantly in the North-West of Sardinia, largely due to the Aragonese occupation of the area in the 1600s.

Tasting Notes - Colour: intense ruby red color. Bouquet: intense aromas of ripe red fruits, jam and spicy notes. Taste: dry, elegant with fruity and floral notes. Fresh and clean finish. 

Food Pairings: recommended with salami appetizers, first courses in red and tasty sauces, legume soups, boiled meats, roasted white and red meats, grilled or in a pan, medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16 - 18 ° C - Alc. : 14.5% Vol.
