Langhe Bianco is obtained from very well selected vines. Our Vijé is a Langhe Bianco DOC, produced in Canale with grapes coming exclusively from our vineyards. Furthermore, it is a wine produced by limiting to a minimum the interventions in the vineyard as well as in the cellar and following a holistic vision of wine. Vijé is a white with an important structure, which ages for up to 2 years. Best served at a low temperature, 12 ° C. Production : 3500 bottles.

Tasting Notes : It is a very elegant white wine with incredible freshness. The vineyards are located in one of the most suitable areas of the region. This is why they manage to give the Vijé a great drinkability and a unique typicality of its kind.
