Dark ruby red verging to purple. Crisp, rich bouquet with a hint of flowers and red fresh fruit, delicate spicy, complex, intense and elegant. Full-bodied, harmonic and velvety on the palate.

Best with: Roast red meat, salami, game, medium seasoned cheese. Served at: 16°-18°C

No pesticide, no herbicide and no chemicals are used in vineyard. Ripening period: in steel tanks for 36 months minimum and in bottle for about 6-12 months.
