Cianin da Stiva is a Nebbiolo d’Alba Superiore, one of the most renowned Italian wines for its intrinsic qualities that make it particularly attractive and suitable for high quality ageing. It comes from the assembly of Nebbiolo grapes grown in the heart of the production area. Production : 1333 bottles.

Tasting Notes : ruby red colour, Cianin da Stiva takes on a characteristic orange hue on the edge of the glass. It is a structured, harmonious, persistent wine. Its bouquet reminds of black currant, strawberry and raspberry. Delicately tannic with notes of vanilla and matures to reveal other aromas and flavours, such as violets, wild herbs, raspberries and plums.

Food pairings : The wine should be served at room temperature. It goes well with first courses with meat sauces, mushroom-based dishes, medium-aged cheeses and second courses based on poultry, rabbit and game. Best served at 18 ° C.
