Tasting Notes - Colour : Cherry red color with purple hues. Bouquet : Aromatic notes of ripe red fruits; plums, figs, cherries, blueberries, blackberries. With herbal touches, spicy, vanilla, liquorice, toasted wood and minerals. Taste : Intense flavour of tannins, with balanced acidity. It has a velvety texture to the palate with fruity reminiscences and liquorice.
Ageing: at least 4 months in small barrels, 1 year in bottle.

Food Pairing : Porcini, finferli and ovules mushrooms cooked in shank sauce. Serving temperature: 18/20°
